Grainne Rhuad-The first step in healing any problem is admitting there is a problem. We all know this from the many pop-psychology references in our daily lives from Cinematic comedy to Church billboards. Admitting something is wrong or that YOU are wrong is the key that sends you down the rabbit hole of healing.
