1. Dr. Phal is a modern Sherlock Holmes! Give me a minute to wipe the smile off my face before i chastise you on making fun of the handicapped. Obviously, there is a physical problem involved with displaced vocal chords. Certainly, in the time it takes to travel down the neural pathways of the spine, instead of directly into the larnyx, and the involvement with the internal organs, causes much to be lost in translation.

2. Is it really handicapped if the person chooses to have the surgical procedure and total frontal lobotomy required to become a politician?
