Thanks Christopher... you have a cynic's eye view of politics that I find appealing... I wish the voters could see through some of the chicanery they are accepting, and refuse the pap that is being regurgitated.
Has she never been taught the value of a modicum of research before setting off on a verbal quest against a problem that doesn’t exist?
Isn't that what politicals do - look for "problems" that don't exist so they can "solve" them? Without new "problems" to face, their existence becomes supurflous: ergo, they keep themselves relevant by making mountains out of molehills and demolishing them - fooling the crowds of ignorant onlookers into believing that they are accomplishing something of importance (thus persuading them to cast their vote for them).

I wasn't going to write one more word about Sarah, The David, but in my search for a more news worthy coverage, all i could find during the initial search, was one gab fest about Palin after another. What bothered me the most was that of all the people who have historically represented Alaska and its part in US politics, Sarah has seized public interest the most. The Internet probably has much to blame in this. Public figures, once the remote second hand recording of news clips and paper coverage, can appear suddenly up close and personal, their entire lives on display for examination. Sarah's vow of transparency have unfortunately come true for her. Her life is very transparent for those with enough fortitude to look beyond her emotionally packed barrage.

I became further incensed when a search for Obama's travels to the Asian nations revealed nothing but negative images until i began finding some more Internationally based site. America has effectively dumped its leader. While the far right is organized around such spokes people as Sarah Palin and Rush Lambaugh, with the media following around like Hollywood gossip columnists, the rest of America tosses around in splintered groups of opposing interests. We must become grounded in not just what is wanted, but what is needed, otherwise we will veer to extremely dangerous radicalism.

I fully expect for her book to end up at the Dollar Tree on their shelves. I hope it's sooner rather than later.

hey, stop picking on Sarah, she is doing the best she can to solve the world's problems .... of course, her top concern is how to cook road kill, but maybe something will come out of her research ..... I do not understand the cult of Sarah, and I am glad I don't understand it .....
