I do whatever I can to help people, whether they be better off or worse of than I. This involves research in a variety of subjects from psychology to technology. When I become too exhausted or frustrated, I meditate and ponder what I can do to take care of my own needs without cutting too much into the time and energy I need to help others.

I do believe in God and believe that the energy which comes from him can heal. I think of God in a different way than most Christians, but I do believe in Christ. I'm familiar with the sun god belief and many other beliefs as well, including lack of belief. I research most belief systems and incorporate whatever I feel is good in them into my own life.

In a sense, I look at God in the Buddhist way, as energy which exists in all things. Since everything, even at the sub-atomic level has charges, I believe that God exists in all things. Meditating and drawing on that energy revitalizes me. It's that same energy which I have used to heal others.
