If the various right-wing moonbats and other morons would simply consider this train of thought, they’d realize in a hurry that what’s happening here is more akin to feudalism, or National Socialism, than to anything Marx, Engels, or anyone remotely related to them ever conceived.

Perhaps more importantly, I am inclined to agree with the author and with John about the vast difference between some of the socialised solutions that are being proposed in healthcare and other programs, versus turning this government into a socialist nation. While I would personally approve of such a change, and have worked toward that end for nineteen years now, it is not something I see as being very plausible. America is steeped in a greedy and self-interested commercialism and capitalist mentality, and it would take our coming to the brink of collapse, before the populace could begin to understand and appreciate the benefits of a socialist reform.

In conclusion, I just wanted to say that I thoroughly enjoy your publication!! Keep up the good work!
